Jim is the Founder and Managing Director at KMB Search Group. Prior to founding KMB, he spent 10 years leading the Physician Recruitment Practice at an Executive Search Firm in the Philadelphia area. During that time he helped build the practice to one of the most successful recruitment practices in the country, and finished 2014 as the #1 solo recruiter in a worldwide network of over 4,000 executives.
Jim received numerous recognitions throughout his career, and is excited about the future at KMB Search. “For the longest time, I have known that I wanted to build something for my family and myself, and when the opportunity arose to start KMB Search Group, I knew it was the right time for us.”
